Happy Thanksgiving Everyone! Yes, I am saying it to all my UK followers as much as my USA followers just because we don’t celebrate it here, doesn’t mean I won’t share the love, gratefulness, and thanks to all of you. I think it should be a world wide holiday not just because I am American either because I generally think we should have more holidays like Thanksgiving where no presents are given, more families and friends gathering together to laugh, love and make memories over good food. What is not to love about this holiday? It teaches our children so much too.
THIS WEEK I AM LOVING…
The Life Changing Magic of Not Giving a F**K has been on the nightstand for ages. I am one of those amazon book buyers that buy up to 20 books at a time and then takes forever to get to them all but I do eventually read them all. I like a variety of books and at the moment I am so busy that this just seemed fitting to start reading. It’s easy to pop in and out of and I think I need to have a good word with myself about not comparing myself with others and stop worrying about what others think so much. Anyone read it??? What do you think?
Have you heard it was MICKEY MOUSE 90th Birthday this week! Now, that is something to celebrate with a big baby smile and maybe a trip to Walt Disney World (if any Disney pr are reading this, wink, wink). Little boy loves his dungarees from the Boots Mini Club. I love all the fun Mickey Mouse outfits they have right now in celebration of Mickey’s big birthday. What a way to join in the celebrations. This little outfit even has Mickey Mouse buttons on it which are so cute. The top is perfect with a pair of pants too. It’s like two outfits in one. We were so excited to be gifted this outfit so baby boy can celebrate Mickey too. They have some amazing black Friday sales check them out!
Little boy is getting so big where he is sitting up, rolling around, and grabbing those toes of his. These gorgeous Bobux shoes are super soft and gorgeous design for his first shoes. He loves to give them a good chew too!
We have long been fans of Bobux shoes for our older two kids and so it’s no surprise baby boys first pair of shoes were Bobux shoes are well. The quality, durability, comfort and designs are always highly rated from us. I can’t fault them. My kids are pretty hard on shoes so I think they are great ones to test durability out.
Did you see? Baby Grizzle turned six months old. Would love if you could pop over have a peak at him being a little silly, a little interrupted and a whole lot of smiling on his monthly vlog. Don’t forget to subscribe if you want to get our vlogs right into your inbox. We share a variety of vlogs not just baby vlogs. A thumbs up would be so appreciated too! Thanks for all the support.
I have a post coming your way about my thoughts on Stitch Fix, a styling service subscription and other companies just like it. Stay tuned but here is a sneak peak at what I am wearing this week from my first Stitch Fix box.
With it being Thanksgiving this week, I think this section could be a whole blog post in itself and just might be soon. I will definitely be sharing this delicious new recipe on the blog this coming week in time for the holidays. It’s the perfect treat. My son can’t have eggs or nuts so he is sad he misses out on a lot of Thanksgiving desserts with pumpkin in it each year. So this year, I made homemade Pumpkin Ice Cream for him. I used the bases of my Jammy Dodger Marshmallow Ice Cream from a few years back and added pumpkin puree to it. What a creation!! It goes really nice on top of pumpkin pie if you can handle the pumpkin haven on your palette. Watch out for this recipe coming your way too!
It’s Black Friday are you shopping online or have you been all week. It seems it comes earlier and earlier each year instead of just on the day. We now have Cyber Monday to get excited for too. Why not shop some of my favorite items and get some inspiration for Christmas presents below? There is something for the whole family.
