Did someone say cupcakes? I yes, that was me, but around here that’s a normal event. If you have been following LTM long you know might know I have a small large obsession with cupcakes and funny enough you will also know I don’t really like normal cake. I am a bit of a weird one I will admit. Over the summer I have been perfecting my cupcake skills for #NationalCupcakeWeek coming up. I have some new flavors and recipes I am dying to make for the special occasion.
Speaking of celebrations I am still celebrating this very blog turning 2 years old this week and hosting a giveaway every day to give back to my readers that have supported me so much over these past two years. I have tried to ensure there is a different kind of prize that suits everyone whether it’s home decor, baking, parenting, or even the kiddos too. We love baking, these look fantastic to use with children.
I love baking with my 4 year old daughter and 8 year old son ….. always putting in a little more flour than the recipe as half of it gets catapulted out of the bowl regardless of how often you emphasise the “now very gently mix” instructions 🙂 Ha ha – well worth the extra effort though.
