Chicken Salsa & Avocado Salad

Ingredients

  • 400 g chicken diced
  • half onion diced
  • 1/2 cup of mixed red green, yellow peppers, diced,
  • 1 package fajita season
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 cup baby spinach
  • 1 to mato
  • 2 cup romaine lettuce

Instructions

  1. Grill your chicken in a frying pan (one tsp of oil optional) with onions, peppers, fajita seasoning
  2. Lay your spinach, romaine on a plate
  3. Slice your tomato and avocado
  4. Pour grilled chicken, onions, peppers on bed of greens, top with tomatoes and avocado
  5. Pour preferred amount of salsa on top about 2 Tbsp per person
