large Handful of Baby Spinach Leaves

In a large blender put cold water and yogurt in first

Add your spinach, kale, and strawberries

Pulse a few times

Add the rest of your ingredients

Blend smooth
If you add frozen blueberries or ice first some blenders get jammed. Always put liquids in first to help blend smooth.
